El presente documento se enmarca en el esfuerzo del Programa Aprendizaje Servicio UC por mejorar la calidad de los servicios que prestan los distintos cursos a las organizaciones sociales que actúan como socios comunitarios. En ese sentido la presente rúbrica forma parte del sistema de monitoreo y evaluación del programa hacia los cursos asociados a éste, en conjunto con los otros instrumentos que se vienen aplicando como son las evaluaciones tempranas, y las encuestas finales a estudiantes y socios comunitarios. El presente documento consta de dos instrumentos: “Rúbrica sobre calidad de servicio” y “Guía para docentes sobre calidad del Servicio”.

This document is part of the UC Service Learning Program effort to improve the quality of services provided by the different courses to social organizations that act as community partners. In this sense, this rubric is part of the program’s monitoring and evaluation system for the courses associated with it, together with the other instruments that have been applied, such as early evaluations, and final surveys of students and community partners. This document consists of two instruments: “Rubric on service quality” and “Guide for teachers on service quality”.
