During 2007 and 2008 the strategy “Learning and Service” was implemented in the second semester of Agronomy career in UC Temuco in the class “Professional Link Workshop”, with the purpose to involve thestudent earlier in to the professional environment. The study was center in knowing if the experiences of “Learning and Service” favor the identification and compromise of the students of first year to the Agronomy career. Were applied and analyzed questionnaire Likert scale type, open questionnaire and group interviews after the strategy was implemented. The results show that the “Learning and Service” favor the student compromise to learning and the earlier disciplinary integration with the professional work, favoring the identification and compromise with the career and the intention to continue in it.

Durante el 2007 y 2008 se implementó la estrategia de “Aprendizaje y Servicio” en el segundo semestre de la carrera de agronomía en la UC Temuco en el curso “Taller de Vinculación Profesional”, con el fin de vincular tempranamente al estudiante al medio profesional. El estudio se centró en conocer si las experiencias de “Aprendizaje y Servicio” favorecen la identificación y compromiso de los estudiantes de primer año con la carrera de agronomía. Se aplicaron y analizaron cuestionario tipo escala Likert, cuestionario abierto y entrevistas grupales después de implementada la estrategia. Los resultados señalan que el “Aprendizaje y Servicio” facilita el compromiso del estudiante hacia el aprendizaje y la integración disciplinaria con el quehacer profesional en forma temprana, favoreciendo la identificación y compromiso con la carrera y la intención de seguir en ella.

En 2007 et 2008, la stratégie « Apprentissage et service » a été mise en œuvre au second semestre du cours d’agronomie à l’université de Temuco dans le cadre de l’« atelier de liaison professionnelle », dans le but de mettre les étudiants en contact avec l’environnement professionnel à un stade précoce. L’étude s’est attachée à déterminer si les expériences d’« apprentissage et de service » favorisent l’identification et l’engagement des étudiants de première année dans la carrière agronomique. Un questionnaire à échelle de Likert, un questionnaire ouvert et des entretiens de groupe ont été appliqués et analysés après la mise en œuvre de la stratégie. Les résultats indiquent que « Apprendre et servir » facilite l’engagement de l’étudiant dans l’apprentissage et l’intégration disciplinaire au travail professionnel à un stade précoce, ce qui favorise l’identification et l’engagement dans la carrière et l’intention de la poursuivre.
