However, it was necessary to focus this accompaniment, since the subjects were at different levels of evolution. To achieve this, based on the model of educational innovation, this diagnostic evaluation matrix was designed, with its criteria and indicators, which gathers the main dimensions and categories of service-learning and their maturation process based on the metaphor of growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">En su esfuerzo por institucionalizar el aprendizaje-servicio, la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana ha dise\u00f1ado una estrategia para el acompa\u00f1amiento a los profesores de la comunidad de pr\u00e1ctica que tienen en marcha asignaturas con esta metodolog\u00eda. Sin embargo, se hizo necesaria la focalizaci\u00f3n de dicho acompa\u00f1amiento, ya que las asignaturas estaban en diferentes nivele de evoluci\u00f3n. Para lograrlo, basados en el modelo de innovaci\u00f3n educativa, se dise\u00f1\u00f3 la presente matriz de evaluaci\u00f3n diagn\u00f3stica, con sus criterios e indicadores, querecoge las principales dimensiones y categor\u00edas del aprendizaje-servicio y el proceso de maduraci\u00f3n de estas a partir de la met\u00e1fora del crecimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">Dans son effort pour institutionnaliser l&#8217;apprentissage par le service, la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana a con\u00e7u une strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;accompagnement des enseignants de la communaut\u00e9 de pratique qui ont des sujets en cours avec cette m\u00e9thodologie. Cependant, il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire de cibler cet accompagnement, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les sujets se trouvaient \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux de d\u00e9veloppement.
